Putting Your Face On Fun Projects

Feb 24th, 2009 by Alan Yu

So a friend asked me today if I wanted to try out this fun project where they simply photoshop people’s face into a comic book like presentation and use bubble text. It sounds like fun I thought.

One thing that did cross my mind is that usually a lot of actors are cautious about putting their face on just anything as sometimes you can get stuck with a certain image portrayal as a result. It’s like one those first impressions as once people see you under a certain light that image of you will be burned in their head for awhile.

I guess just like choosing projects to work on can be important too. Just look at what happened to Jim Carrey when he acted in that movie cable guy. This seems like it is something new to try though, so I might do it.
