Time To Flesh Out The Script

I handed in the registration form today and so it seems that we are all set to attend a pitch session on Sunday that is a part of the competition. I suppose it is suppose to give you the experience of trying to get a real movie made.
There does seem to be some conflict though I must say as not everyone seems to be on the same page in terms of the type of theme/story that we would like to portray. While I would have preferred to just do the acting, I guess I don’t really have a choice since this was such a last minute thing that I will need to be involved with the production as well.
Kind of funny as a lot of people wondered why I was taught things like lighting and directing at school if I was mainly focused on acting and I guess these skills will prove to be useful now.
